Returns: Once an item purchased
from us has been used, with very few exceptions, no returns will
be allowed. This policy is especially firm when the product is
an electronic or safety device, due to the relatively fragile
matter of the product.
Exchanges: Exchanges will be
dealt with on a one by one basis. With certain items, a 10-20%
stocking fee will be assessed on the item. Shipping back to us
for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. This
policy is firm due to our tight profit margin and overhead
costs.
Christmas policy: Due to
the increased volume seen at this time of year, we can make no
guarantees a given item is in stock. The only way we can
guarantee an item is in stock, is if we are contacted as to the
status of an item or items at the time of ordering, and only at
the time of ordering. We can also make no guarantees that any
item ordered after December 14, 2007 will be delivered by
December 24, 2007. We appreciate your cooperation in this
matter, and will try ever harder to meet the stringent
expectations placed upon us by customers at this time of year.
